Unlike hotels, our apartments are spacious and comfortable with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer in-home and in most instances a garage or covered parking. In addition - corporate housing allows you the flexibility to choose what area you would prefer to live in. We work together with a number of fine-quality apartment communities and can design a living environment that works to meet your particular needs.
Our customized apartments are more comfortable for families or individuals wanting more than a hotel lifestyle. In many communities, we offer extras including business centers, fitness rooms, and high-speed telecommunication lines. Your family pet is also welcome in many of our apartments as well. All you need is your personal belongings and we provide the rest. We strive to make your stay with us feel like home.
How much does corporate housing cost?
The cost of corporate housing is significantly less than that
of a hotel. Costs vary based on location and availability. Here
is a typical pricing range for various sized apartments:
1 bedroom $2050 - $2360 month ($68.33 - $78.67 per day)
2 bedroom
$2325 - $2575 month ($77.50 - $85.83 per day)
What is included in the cost of the corporate apartment?
The rental cost includes: base rent of the apartment, furnishings,
linens, kitchen and housewares packages, utilities, television
with cable and VCR, local phone service, monthly housekeeping,
washer/dryer in-unit, covered parking or garage (where available),
and full use of the community facilities. We also offer numerous
optional items than can be tailored to meet individual needs.
Where are your apartments located?
We provide corporate housing services throughout the greater Sacramento
Valley, including Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Elk Grove/Laguna,
metro Sacramento, the suberbs of North Natomas, and Rancho Cordova.
We also work together with a network of housing providers throughout
the United States to meet the needs of clients seeking accommodations
outside of the area.

Corporate Lodging Solutions provides housing for a variety of
clients. From major corporations and government employees, to
families relocating or waiting for their new home to be built
- we can work to meet a variety of housing needs.
How am I billed and how can I pay?
We invoice monthly for the upcoming rental month and any additional
charges incurred in the previous month will be included on that
invoice. We can either invoice our tenants directly or direct
bill to a corporate account. We accept major credit cards (MasterCard,
Visa, & American Express) as well as checks for payment. Rent
is due on the first of each month.
